Waste-to-energy technology for the brazilian context

Waste-to-Energy Technologies (WtE) have been widely used in European countries, Japan, some US cities, and growing China. Currently, Brazil, there are no WtE power plants operation, but studies on the feasibility of this technology. The Systematic Bibliographic Review (SBR) presented mini-review article appears as a result process prospecting documents following databases: Science Direct, Web Scopus. purpose was to map articles last five years applications technologies Brazil. From selection relevant research, these were registered cataloged, well their qualitative quantitative analyses. During systematization process, it possible raise hypotheses about which professionals working most topic, journals researches being published keywords addressed for case studies. In addition, identify characteristics publications related theme, central axes analysis primary techniques studied Brazilian reality. It also considered part results present work, main definitions WtE, presentation operations, exposition benefits impacts each technologies.
